f7777 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access the full services of f7777, including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses, you must register a single Account on the Platform. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on f7777. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

• Account Security: f7777 strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication on your Account. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify f7777 Support immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the f7777 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on f7777 is Rs 100. f7777 does not charge deposit processing fees. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are outside f7777's control.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

f7777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed.

• Promotion Modifications: f7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the f7777 sportsbook, live casino, and any other wagering product available on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by f7777 at f7777's sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until f7777 has issued a bet confirmation reference. f7777 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f7777 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on f7777, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with f7777.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to achieve guaranteed or near-guaranteed outcomes on any wagering product.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financially motivated illegal activity conducted through the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening f7777 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the f7777 Platform — including but not limited to the f7777 brand name, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, data, and underlying technology — is the intellectual property of f7777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Players to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of f7777.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

f7777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account on f7777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

f7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• The outcome of any bet, game, or wagering event on the Platform.
• Any technical fault, connectivity issue, or third-party service failure beyond f7777's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits f7777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

f7777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. f7777 provides the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, all accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set time alerts to notify you when you have been actively gaming for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum losses over a defined period to stay within your personal budget.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks — during which you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from f7777. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

12 Account Termination and Suspension

f7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring closure of the Account.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

Where an Account is terminated for cause under this Section, f7777 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any confirmed legitimate balance will be returned to the Player via the Player's registered payment method.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting f7777 Support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable wagering requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

f7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, f7777 will provide notice to Players via email to the registered Account email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the f7777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which f7777 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through f7777's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanisms available under f7777's gaming license.
